From the moment I called Krane Heating and Cooling I was treated like a valued customer. They had someone out within 45 minutes to check my furance and within a day it was changed. Jeff was here early in the morning and was done my mid afternoon. I would highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling!!

Our outstanding 5-star review began several years ago with a late weekend call to Krane with a furnace question. Although they were closed, Jeff, the owner returned our call and responded to several questions without trying to "sell" us a service call, etc. Impressed, we saved Krane's number and called them for a winter tune up. Again, we were equally impressed by the integrity of the highly skilled service technician, Darryl, who showed us why the original furnace was rusting through needed replacing b/c the motor was about to fall our of it. There was no hard sell as we could see readily see the problem and were quoted a very fair price. Moreover, he recommended an economical unit that truly heats and cools our home perfectly. Most impressive, after a year, our digital thermostat gave an error message. Although we still had heat and it wasn't an emergency during an early Nov snowstorm, Darryl, the tech returned the call in less than 5 min. The problem was unusual, so he wanted to double check with Bryant, and immediately called back to tell me he would order a new thermostat. Normally, during a busy wintery time, the expectation was we may need to wait for the delivery and installation. Impressively, I received another call about 10 min later from Krane's office to schedule the replacement the next day! I also received a call from Jeff, indicating the work would be done in the morning as requested if it was at all possible. This is the first time we have publicly endorsed a company and I shared with Jeff, Darryl and the scheduler how very impressed we are with Krane Heating & Cooling. We give them our highest recommendation. Frankly 5 stars are not enough for the personalized service that didn't stop once the unit was sold. As with many successful companies, it begins at the top with good leadership and the professionalism of the staff that's hired follows with similar honesty and integrity. Thank you.
